[Champ Select] Unable to see chat due to bug, had to restart client

The Malzahar text covering my chat box persisted over multiple attempts to join games. I finally have decided to restart my client. Nothing would make it go away.

To get this, I joined a comp stomp, was moused over Malz, then someone dodged. Then I decided I wanted to play aram, and the malz text was stuck on the screen.
