If Kindreds W lasts 8 seconds
And with max CDR it says 8.4 seconds cooldown, why does it always have 4 seconds cooldown instead of 0.4? :0 Either thats a bug or Im stupid lol.

Best Boop NA1 votesSome abilities dont go on cool down right away, so It may be the case that the cooldown timer starts half way through.
