[Gameplay] Urgot's W Purge doesn't activate Phase Rush, ever.

Urgot can't activate Phase Rush without using his Q, E and ultimate - his W Purge and passive Echoing Flames do not count towards activating the keystone, no matter how many times you attack with them in short succession. This despite the keystone claiming it requires either three basic attacks (Urgot's W Purge fires 12 in one cast) or three separate spell hits (Urgot's passive Echoing Flames is for some reason not counted as a spell in this one situation despite activating spell effects such as Arcane comet, Manaflow band and spell vamp.)

Urgot's W doesn't exactly count as a basic attack, it's an attack modifier. So in reality it just counts as a spell.

Though the wiki says the bolts are counted as basic attacks, so I don't fuckin know anymore. Riot spaghetti code.

That’s exactly it. Not only does Purge count as basic attacking (it applies lifesteal and all on-hit effects other than crit) but it also triggers echoing flames, which is an AOE spell. Provided you hit E Q W that’s at least three separate spells followed by at least 12 basic attacks.

And yet you have to hit his ultimate to trigger phase rush, leaving the keystone essentially broken on Urgot (the non-functioning kind rather than the overpowered kind).
