[CLIENT] client becomes unmovable during AFK check

I habitually slide windows to the edge of my desktop with my mouse, when not in use.

Like League of Legends is, during queuing.

When League finds a match, and goes into AFK check: I can't move the window back, to accept the check!

What's more: I also can't move the window back, to simply clear the missed AFK check. I have to exit the client entirely, relaunch it and log in again ->merely because I need to click on "OK"<- You can't even press "Enter" to clear that message!!!

I'm sure we can all remember the keyboard shortcut to move a window, in three seconds when you hear the clashing blades. It's true: other Windows programs, may become unclickable when a dialog box asks for confirmation, but not all of them. League of Legends does not benefit from this Windows feature.

In League of Legends in 2016: this is a now a bug.
