[Gameplay] Two number 4 slots in in-game inventory

This may be a visual-only bug, but the second number 4 (which should be 5) may prevent active items from being used. I'm not entirely sure on that point — it's possible that when I tried to use it yesterday, I was just CCed or hit the wrong key.

Steps:

1. Go into a custom game.
2. Observe your inventory.

Expected result: Your inventory item numbers should read 1-7, with 4 being the trinket slot. Actual result: Your inventory item number have two 4s instead of a 4 and a 5. One of the 4s is the trinket slot. The other is a regular item slot. You may or may not be able to use any actives for items that are in the regular item slot labeled 4.
