Why does Morgana Q render in vision while in bush
giving the Sivir quite the time to spellshield it? I'm not used to projectiles showing up from the middle of the bush starting where you cast it if you don't have vision whatsoever of the caster.

Projectiles are not and should not be invisible when fired from the bushes. The only thing that is invisible is telegraphs of abilities like Sion's Q since they've not actually executed yet, but actual shots that fire would be super duper busted if they were invisible from shrubbery. Hell, Nidalee alone instigated that change when her Qs were invisible coming from fog of war, and people were suddenly losing like 50% of their HP from a spear they can't see. I mean, how bullshit would it be if Lux's laser, or Yasuo's tornados, or Zoe's Paddle Star, or Ahri's Charm, or literally any other terrifying skillshot could be invisible from the bushes?
So this isn't a bug. It's working completely as intended.
