Rakan's Dash Shield doesn't stack anymore?

IDK if this is a bug or not, but I just played a game as Rakan trying to double shield my ADC and it wouldn't work.

It Did i thought it was weird also but apparently it was just a bug.

Last patch is stacked if you shielded the same target fast enough, even if it only lasted for 1.5 seconds.
