Using Mimic Distortion on Leblanc too fast after first distortion makes it do no damage

I don't have a video clip, but I could make one if you need me too, but this has happened to me consistently the past few days while I spam leblanc.

I havent seen if it happens vs champs but when I am trying to clear a wave with distortion > mimic distortion it sometimes makes the mimic distortion do no damage, but it puts it on cooldown and you have the purple return like it was casted and dealt damage.

should be looked into as its pretty big for wave clear.
