Morgana's shield doesn't proc CC block immediatly

So this happened a few times in my last game as morgana bot. Morgana's shield seems to not proc the anti- CC effect at the same time as the shield had multiple occasions where i would shield myself JUST before thresh landed a Q. The shield would block the damage from the hook, but it would still pull me as if i never shielded.

Another possible option is that thresh's hook applies damage before the stun effect at certain levels.

Either way, not working as intended
