Zyra's plants need better target aquisition

So this didnt always happen, 3 or 4 updates ago they were fine. I use wildfire zyra, issue may be there.

Zyra's plants have extremely laggy target acquisition when i play her, sometimes they will skip an attack proc or two when first laid out and when switching targets to or from an enemy champion.

I've noticed this too.

Also, especially with the ranged plants, plant aggro seems to drop before enemies exit the attack range and doesn't start when they come into range, but only at a closer distance.
