Client problems...shop and navigation not working properly.

Getting this error message in the client: "Failed to load URL "https://store.na2.lol.riotgames.com/storefront/ui/v1/app.html?language=en_US&port=61366&clientRegion=na&selectedItems=&page=featured&recipientSummonerId=" with error "ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED" (-21)."
