It's common thing I guess... Even at the moment I just tried to join, got a CRITICAL ERROR, then tried to reconnect and Boom -> stuck at 92% for 5 min. Then I reset the game, tried to reconnect once again and got stuck at 5% this time...
There are just some nasty bugs that cause a loss of LP, wasting time, not being able to play anything since you are STUCK in 'reconnect' button screen. It's annoying AF but eehh, It's our usual League of Bugs we're talking about. At least in the first years when they had such big crashes going on, they were giving everyone free RP as an apology. Sadly it's no more a thing and bugs/crashes occur even more than before.
