Team Builder bug

I joined Team Builder as a solo player, got matched, got queued, and then sat there. After forgetting about it for a few minutes I checked back and we were still in queue and nobody was saying anything. I left queue and tried to join another and it told me I was in a game. Certainly wasn't fun joining 5 minutes late.
