Riot? Please Stop Disabling My Ban Button...

While it hasn't hit me in ranked yet, it's still a sickening feeling when your ban button simply refuses to work. It's probably going to get my account punished for Riot's glitch. Please, Rito, you're amazing, but please fix this annoying bug.
