RP refund bug! Help me Riot plz see me!

I have 1 refund remaining for RP purchases and yet I'm unable to refund my Reksai bundle package that I of course bought with RP. Please help Riot, I need Challenger Ahri skin!!! :'(

the bundle might not be refundable because its no longer available in the store (don't quote me on that though i'm not 100% sure)
