[MISSIONS] Progress from certain items in a mission not updating

The How of Noxus (8/10) mission did not update my Destroy 3 inhibitors as a team even though my last game hours ago I destroyed 2. Every other mission has their stuff updated, but that one item isn't updating. I know there's that 'MIssion Issues' statement which sounds more like a general nothing updates. I figured I'd put this down here as a bug since it's very specific and everything else is updating for me.
