[GAMEPLAY] Certain masteries not functioning when changing mastries in select

Playing a game of jinx v lucian and when ever I would crit I would not heal or get the attack speed buff. Would occur on minions, monsters and champs. the enemy lucian's was triggering. I've noticed a lot of games where I am altering my masteries in champion select and the either wont be in effect or will be a different on i switched to (eg, switching from natural talent to vampirism will keep me at natural talent in game even after saving them) and this issue has been confirmed to happed to allies when they make last min pages in select where they wont have any masteries in game.
