[Gameplay] Tahm W Mana Cost bugged?

The mana cost to use his W - Devour is 90, but if you eat something, then hover over Devour, it says it takes 70 mana. During the PBE, I remember his W Mana cost being lowered to 70, but it was then reverted. Maybe Riot forgot to change the "spit" mana cost back to 90 in the tooltip?
