Black screen on client if someone drops from champ select

This has happened to me a couple times and it can be a bit worrying if you experience it for the first time.

When the queue pops and everyone accepts, everyone is sent to champion select as normal. But, if someone were to disconnect or close the client in that tiny window between the queue being accepted by everyone and the very beginning of champion select, you will get a black screen on the client.

What the black screen prevents you from seeing is that someone dropped from the queue or lobby and you're now back in queue. However, sometimes the client will give you a connection error (I only got it once and don't remember what it said) and you click ok and stay with a black screen until you close the client and open it.

TL;DR - Tiny window between everyone accepting the queue and the beginning of champion select causes black screen when someone dodges.
