Replays Freezing 9.13

It doesn't happen a lot but I've had replays just completely hang and become unresponsive. I didn't have this on 9.12. It's also different from the on patch that broke replays and was making almost all of them crash. In that one, it kept giving "Critical Errors." No error is created here. It just freezes and the UI is unresponsive.
