Lucian Visual Bug [Gameplay]

I just got out of a game against a Lucian. And all of his skills appeared to have a blue rectangle around them. For an example, each individual shot of his ult appeared blue. Lucian appeared normal during his abilities and his AA's, but whenever he used an ability, it appeared as a blue rectangle centered on the hit box.
