Darius Q not matching visuals or possible bug ( VIDEO attached)

According to that video, thresh's model was well within the radius of the blade, and yet he didn't get a stack of hemorrhage applied on him. I'm not sure if the visuals aren't matching or something since darius's blade width was nerfed recently, but I'd still love for a rioter to look at this real quick :D

note: I won the game , but I missed that potential triple kill :'(
