[BUG] Live Bug: Strength of Ages mastery and Cinderhulk

It occurred to me to try and use strength of ages with my poppy jungle as I run cinderhulk and it would provide me with a substantial buffer to my health to second item Iceborn Gauntlet instead of black cleaver. to this end I figured that cinderhulk would naturally synergise with the bonus health gained from Strength of ages.

It appears that strength of ages is either not being recognized as bonus health <which it clearly is, it is health gained outside of character statistics> or that cinderhulk simply is not accounting for it.

Please return if bug or intended, but if you really wanted people using the mastery, I would assume it would have some form of synergy. it does currently factor in with the increase damage with Titanic Hydra, but is not being counted with Cinderhulk.
