Kindred's passive doesn't always go on cooldown

I've been debating whether to actually report this for a while because I like abusing it. Sorry, not sorry. If Kindred's Hunted dies while in fog of war, you can re-mark the same champion immediately instead of having to mark a different champion for her passive. The passive cooldown itself still exists, but the champion-specific one doesn't. The easiest ways to pull this off are killing someone with her q as they walk into a bush or killing them with red buff.
