[Client] Champion select UI bug

This is not my first time encountering this sort of bug. During champion select after selecting my ban (I was last ban and banned ryze) my UI fucked up and left me unable to change my runes and masteries. The UI looked as if it was forced off the screen and hence I could not input any changes besides bringing up the champion screen and choosing a champion. After choosing a champion the client would freeze and forced me to forcefully close via task manager. Basically, I was inputting things as I would normally and my UI messed up and then my client proceeded to freeze.

Other applications running in the background: itunes, skype, discord, google chrome.
