Rengar "change" was forgot about ?

Hey guys.
There is one thing that bugs me since 6.2 patch about Rengar.
I am really sorry if you are feed up with Rengar complains posts.

Have a look at this photo and what I underlined.
Riot increased Rengars ! range, so the alert range is way bigger now, and to compensate for that, they made a change that you can see in the picture and in this post

My intention is to bring this to light and get a response from Rioter, since they never said this was removed, it just disappeared.
Its totally fine if it was a mistake or not, I am just trying to find out what happened.
