Visual Bug for Ability Casts While in Brush

I played an ARAM with a Cho'Gath on the enemy team and had several weird instances where his Q cast indicator would not appear until immediately before it triggered or he stepped out of the bush. The same was true for his Mark summoner spell. It would only appear slightly before it actually hit someone. Not sure if this is isolated to just Cho'Gath or ARAM, but it was really frustrating to play against.
