Frequent keyboard zero input bug

Sometimes keyboard inputs, including esc will entirely fail.

It requires some manipulation with alt-tabbing and ctl+alt+del to solve, but I had this trouble in a ranked game mid where suddenly during lane, without having done anything else, I lost all keyboard control and I had to start clicking abilities to cast out.
