[GAMEPLAY] Shields arent actually reduced in ARURF, which means shielding champs are immortal

Lux, Orianna, Karma, Lulu, Janna, Sona... Their shields do not decay, meaning they literally cant die as they have 3 to 5 times their maximum health in shield values.
