[Gameplay] The Dark Seal not giving bonus AP on stack
So I was playing Morgana Mid (yes, Morgana mid.) and I decided for... some reason I was going to start 
instead of 
. When I got 10 stacks I decided to read the text again, and I noticed, I did not get my bonus AP for the 10 stacks I had. Is this a bug or...? #confuzzled
To replicate bug: I presume you simply buy Dark Seal and get a stack. O-o
I think you get it everytime. Not 100% sure. I'll update when I play another round with it.
