It's randomized. The information says that you select a target to place your W on, but it won't work. Instead it just grabs onto some random target instead.
While playing in ARAM I would press W on various targets and almost 95% of the time, the target wouldn't be selected. :(
Been happening for a while. I think it auto-targets the nearest allied champion.
This needs to be changed... I understand self casting the skill should make it auto target the closest target but if I select someone just out of range I shouldn't have to run into range to cast it on that person just to have my w placed on the person 1 foot away from me. With how his w gives him and his ally movement speed towards each other this is very counter productive as this is his only method for engage.
Plz fix this Rito this is awful to play with right now.
