twitch expunge bug

if you cast your e when and they walk out of range, you lose mana, the ability goes on cooldown, and they take no damage

and im not talking when there are minions around and they arent in range, im talking they are in range, you use e, they step out of range, and the ability basically wastes itself

very annoying to deal with and would appreciate it being fixed
