"You have been kicked from the lobby"

So for the past two patches or so, I randomly get a message that states I have been kicked from the lobby for refusing to click the button to start, or whatever. The problem is, I get these messages, whilst doing other things, & not having clicked to start a match at all. It happens more noticeably now, & I hope I'm not getting any wait-time penalties. What's going on?
