Poppy Dash through Braum?

I'm not sure this is a bug.. but I feel it should be adjusted. If Braum slams his shield down which blocks projectiles and you're cowering behind him as ADC and OMG THERES POPPY!! She can Heroic Charge click on you and it'll knock Braum out of the way (to the side) and still tackle you into the wall causing a pant shitting chill to be sent down your spine.

If Braum has his shield down.. she shouldn't be able to dash through it to you. Tackling him could still be an option but not dashing through. This should apply to Yasuo dashing through as well - if he targets Braum then you - fine. If he targets you and Braum has his shield down infront.. no dice.
