Reds seem to be aware of one of Karthus' issues - the buffs still showing after respawn glitch - but I haven't seen a single one address how broen his passive has been behaving for, as long as I can tell, at least since his VU.

Just about every single time you enter passive, the second q has a 3-4 seconds delay. So instead of getting 7 q's off in your 7 seconds of passive, you get....three. Furthermore, the window for his ultimate during passive seems to sometimes be restricted to just one second. I've had multiple instances of trying to do just two q's before ulti'ing, but I can't even get the 2nd q off without it restricting me from casting my ult.

I thought it was because I was casting outside of the Q range, but even when placed inside, it often doesn't work. But I think that may be part of the issue. Maybe it's trying to move you to the Q location instead of actually placing it, but nothing happens since your passive roots you?

Also, I've heard that sometimes entering your passive puts your q on cooldown immediately, for no apparent reason.

These all might sound like just quality of life issues, but the fact of the matter is, it causes you to miss many, many, MANY kills as karthus. I can not tell you how many times my enemy has been one hit from death, I was on them in my passive, SPAMMING Q, and nothing happens for 3 seconds - then it lets me q again as soon as they're out of my range. Over. And over. **And over. ** As a Karthus main this is extremely frustrating and feels like a case of popularity/meta bias. Like, if Lucian's passive had a similar issue, or Lee Sin, do you honestly think they'd delay fixing it at all? How about for almost an entire season? Sigh. :/

I'm sorry for the attitude, but can we please have someone address this?...

...why would someone downvote this? ;_;

I know the plea for a red's attention is a bit obnoxious but this has gone ignored for many many months now. It seems necessary at this point...
