Mikael's consistently fails to heal self if you die immediately after

It appears that Mikael's Crucible has a travel time when casting on yourself - so you can die without receiving the heal but lose the cooldown. Compare to other things like Lux's ult which doesn't go on cooldown until it fires and deals damage.

This should be fixed so that a self-cast Mikaels only goes on cooldown if the user is healed.
