Fix your Log-in Black Screen Bug

People are late showing to games and we're getting drama between those furious with the afk showing 7 minutes late to a 1-7 early deficit, and those defending them because the client is out of their control.

It's in their control enough that they can ctrl-alt-delete, end the 2 LoL processes, wait 5 seconds, and restart LoL. You can get back in within a minute and a half.

But not everybody knows this. Therefore, you really need to fix this so we don't have the steady report volleys between those mad at the afk'ers/late joiners and those mad at those mad at them.

It's pretty ridiculous how often this occurs lately.
