[Player Behaviour] wrongly doubled chatban

A month or something ago, I received a 10 game chat restriction. I only received notice of it, at the END OF GAME screen of another game. A very frustrating game with 4-role feeders, where I flamed, and got reported.

The system then judged that (since I was already on chat restriction, I deserved a 25 game restriction). But this is a bug, IMO, as well as being unfair.

I hadnt even actually started my 10game restriction yet. It would have started for the NEXT game. If I had actually been on active restriction for that 2nd game, I would have kept my mouth shut, lesson learned already.

So, I'm reporting this as a bug, and also to request a lightening of any excessive negative karma that may have accrued on my account settings.
