Neeko disguised as Sett

I'm actually not sure if this is really a "bug" or just a coding oversight.

When Neeko basic attacks, she only attacks with her left hand. I understand that disguising as him doesn't give her his passive, but this is something I think should be adjusted for simple quality of life.

I think it should simply alternate. I don't actually expect that the attack speed would work the same as with Sett's passive, but I think that would be a lot harder to detect than never using the right hand.

It seems Neeko's interactions are overlooked when a new champion is released, which I think is odd because her and Sylas should probably be one of the first champions looked at in terms of interactivity.
