This shows a screenshot of both the message and me already having 4W / 2L S6. This bug just started after todays patch.

BRO im on my second account and im 4 wins 3 losses in placements and its showing the same error and i have 16 champs.... HELP RIOT

Ryze is disabled. If he is one of your 16, he does not count towards it untill reenabled.
