Cooldown bug

I was playing evelynn, my ult on some 40 seconds CD.

Pinged my ult, but to my dismay the text pinged said it was ready.

I've been seeing a lot of bugs lately :l

Especially the un-undoable shop purchase glitch, where you can't undo purchases even if you haven't left shop.

the shop might not have been a bug, I think they made it that some consumables can't be undone because you can exploit the system by backing nearly dead, buy 5 healing potions, use them and undo and leave. Or it was about some other buff?
