SOFTLOCK when viewing replays, requires full PC reboot every time.

As the title says, starting today I've been getting a softlock while viewing replays. When it happens I have to restart my computer. After about 5 mins of the replay, the game will freeze, whatever sound effects are currently playing will loop infinitely, and I am unable to interact with any area of the screen other than my taskbar and start menu (if I press the windows key).

I would offer a crash dump, but it doesn't let me interact with the window that pops up, so here are my specs instead:

I've had the same thing happen to me, can't even see the task manager when i press CTRL SHIFT ESC. It also can randomly happen with recording clips from a replay if the record setting is above 30fps.

Logging off seems to fix it sometimes instead of having to restart whole PC.
