Can't use previously owned skins for Evelynn
I know for a fact that I own Shadow Evelynn and it's not appearing in the skins that I own. I don't know if this is happening for anyone else or not.

Actually when I played a recent Fiddlesticks game I could have sworn I owned Pumpkinhead when I didnt
Anyway send in a support ticket to clarify purchase history, I did the same thing with my rune page count
This same thing happened to me, but for some reason they weren't able to find it on my purchase history and wouldn't offer the skin.. Very frustrating.
