[CRITICAL] Jhin's Ult - Some people are transparent and unhittable

People randomly are transparent during the ult, it usually seems to be those around the edges, but not even super close, just anywhere near general region of the edge. The only thing visible is their name and health bar, not their champion. Trying to shoot them does nothing as the bullet just goes through harmlessly.
