[Client] Pick voices don't play in Aram

When you enter an ARAM, the champion voices do not play. This has been happening to me every time today. To do

1)Enter queue for ARAM game 2) Enter champion select 3)No champion pick voice

I don't know what causes it. There has been numerous issues with this client this patch. All other sounds work.

i dont think they are supposed to play in aram anymore

Champion pick voice plays when you lock in. You can't lock in in ARAM or ARURF, so the voices won't play.
