When will Sion's Q get fixed? DPS loss

There is a bug I've been reporting for months now with Sion's Decimating Smash. It is 100% reproducible, and it costs him a measurable amount of damage loss. That bug is:
If Sion casts Q, then he will interrupt an upcoming auto-attack mid-swing and stop attacking.
That's it. It's straightforward. It is super simple to reproduce:
- Start attacking a tower.
- Tap Q (imagine you want a sheen proc, for instance)
- Watch as Sion continues to attack, then has an attack interrupted mid-swing, and then he just stands there.
Why is this a big deal? Let's say you have
, with its 100% base AD ratio sheen. You get your bonus. Then, your next attack gets interrupted, so you immediately lose 100% full AD ratio of damage - even more of if you aren't Johnny-on-the-spot about re-queuing your attack. This ALWAYS HAPPENS.
