Tibbers+Syndra interaction [Gameplay]

So this could either be a funny and interesting mechanic that Riot intentionally left in the game, or something that shouldn't really be there because it's one of the strangest interactions I've ever seen.

I was playing Annie, and I sent Tibbers to attack Syndra while I was walking away (I did this for two reasons, one because I knew Tibbers would teleport back to me, and because the rest of the enemy team was coming and I wanted to get out). As I got out of their vision they gave up the chase, which is fortunate because they would have caught me otherwise... Apparently Syndra picked up Tibbers with Force of Will and threw him, but before he hit the ground he teleported back on top of me and I took the Force of Will damage and the slow. This is the first time I've ever seen that happen in years of playing the game so it probably doesn't have a huge impact on gameplay, but it was still pretty funny nonetheless.

So, there's a few different ways I think this could happen, but the steps are pretty simple. Basically, Syndra has to throw Tibbers the exact distance away from Annie so that he teleports back and hits Annie before he lands.
