Revitalize Doesn't Completely Work on Mundo's Self Healing
For example, I think the Q didn't heal properly.

You need to be sure about the bug. Before convincing us about the bug, convince yourself first.
It is supposed to refound your HP if it kills something but for some reason it refounds only half of it.
What does that have ot do with revitalize?
