Netcode Broken for 2 Weeks. Disconnects every game. UNPLAYABLE!

I play on the NA server and I almost every game at least one person disconnects. As my bad luck would have it, they are usualyl on my team, they never load into the game. Either LOL has broken the net code or something is radically wrong. Riot shouldn't let people from asia connect on USA servers and shouldn't let people queue if they don't have stable network. This game has become UNPLAYABLE. In 3 games this week I had 2 disconnect and one game three disconnected!!!
