What happened to my RP?!

I saw that challenger ahri was out, so I decided to get the skin while I was able to get bonus RP. I got $20 worth of RP giving me 3102 RP. I purchased the skin giving me a remaining 2127 RP. However, when I joined my friends party moments later I noticed I only had 1152 RP. I am missing 975 RP. It'd be great if I didn't have to fill out a support ticket and go through that entire process.
